2022 台灣駕照換日本駕照

2022年11月29日，我來到東京都鮫洲運轉免許試驗場，辦理台灣駕照換日本駕照。窗口自下午三點不再受理申請，但會把已經收到的申請處理完。

第一步：報到
首先到三樓「外国免許切替」窗口，免抽號碼牌現場排隊。給受理人員台灣機車與汽車駕照、以上兩者的日文譯本、台灣出入境紀錄、在留卡、記載國籍的住民票、護照。
由於我沒有小張的證件照，受理人員請我先到一樓拍證件照。

第二步：拍照
在一樓的快照機花了 ¥800 拍了新的一組證件照，接著就回到三樓等叫號（我是 64 號）。這邊拍的照片是貼在駕照申請表上面的，駕照用的照片後面才會拍。

第三步：交照片
這邊需要耐心等叫號，不用主動過去窗口，等到叫號後再把剛才拍的照片交給受理人員。

第四步：繳費
帶著駕照申請書至繳費窗口繳費，¥7400。

第五步：視力測驗
到一樓做視力測驗，包含視力與辨色。測驗完後會拿到一張測驗結果。

第六步：核對資料
回到「外国免許切替」窗口把視力檢查結果交給受理人員。這時候會核對姓名、生日等資料，建議檢查片假名姓名是否正確。我發現跟我的健康保險證不同拼音，馬上請對方修改了，幸好不用重跑流程。

第七步：設定密碼
受理人員請我到旁邊的機器設定兩組四位數字的密碼，將來讀取駕照內部資料時會用到的樣子。設定完密碼後，機器會印出一張密碼紙，這張紙自己保存就好，不需要交給受理人員。等待叫號後回到窗口，受理人員把台灣駕照與在留卡還給我，並解釋兩輪駕照的規定、駕照期限和住址更新。

  • 兩輪駕照：只能騎125cc以下、不可上高速公路
  • 駕照期限：領到駕照之後三次生日之後的一個月到期。到期前兩個月內可以更新駕照（假設生日是二月，到期日就是三月，一月至三月之間可以更新駕照）。
  • 住址更新：到附近的派出所、駕照更新中心或駕照考場更新住址

第八步：拍駕照照片
到一樓駕照攝影區拍駕照用的照片。請不要跑去快照機拍照。

第九步：等待領照
到二樓等待叫號領駕照，這邊的號碼為「運転免許証交付通知書」（一張細細長長的紙條）上面寫的「照会番号」，我的是 40106。這步應該是整個換照流程最花時間的，建議趁這個空檔記錄剛才設定的密碼，以免未來需要時完全想不起來，或是找不到密碼紙。

第十步：領駕照
叫到號之後到窗口，發照人員會收走「運転免許証交付通知書」。拿到日本駕照後可以利用旁邊的讀卡機查詢和列印駕駛人國籍，這時需要輸入稍早設定的密碼。不使用讀卡機直接離開也是可以的。恭喜你換到日本駕照了！

Buy digital music from Amazon Japan without Japan credit card

Installation

apt-get install squid3

After the installation completes, the squid should be running on port 3128.

Configure authentication

  1. Edit /etc/squid3/squid.conf

Uncomment and edit (change YOUR_REALM to anything you like):

  1. Prepare a hashed password (choose an username you like):

  1. Create /etc/squid3/passwords, adding the following lines to the file:

  1. Test if the password file works perfect by run:
/usr/lib/squid3/digest_file_auth -c /etc/squid3/passwords

Input "USERNAME":"REALM" to get the hash. For example, input "myjian":"YOUR_REALM" and press enter.
The program will respond with the hashed password. If there is no valid input, the program will print “ERR". Input Ctrl-D on a single line and press enter to finish the program.

長久以來的疑問終於獲得解答。

會回到網頁開頭。除非 onclick 的回傳值是 false。

這件事情進一步釐清以下兩行程式碼的不同：

onclick="foo()"
onclick="return foo()"

onclick 的值就是一個 function，也就是說上面兩行其實是

onclick="function(){ foo() }"
onclick="function(){ return foo() }"

所以前者是沒有回傳值的，後者才真的回傳了 foo() 的回傳值。

href="javascript: void(0)"

void (expression) 是捨棄 expression 的值。在這裡的作用，就是沒有作用，讓連結按下去只會觸發 onclick, onmousedown 等事件的 Event Handler 而不會真的連到某個地方。

[XeLaTeX] Couldn’t open font map file "kanjix.map"

Environment:
MiKTeX 2.9 on Windows 7

  1. Open "[MiKTeX path]\dvipdfm\config\dvipdfmx.cfg"

  2. Find the line containing f kanjix.map

  3. Insert a % in the beginning of this line, so it becomes %f kanjix.map

  4. Save the file

  5. Run “xelatex [your document name].tex" and there is no Couldn't open font map file "kanjix.map". warning anymore!
